 We will discuss your budget, specific financing options, preferred lenders, and steps to getting pre-approved. I can also run the numbers to help you settle on a price range you are comfortable with!

 We will review your entire wish list, non-negotiables, preferred location / neighborhoods, and more. No need to be a neighborhood expert — that’s what I am here for!

 Finally, we will review the best practices for working together and get to know each other better! You’re preparing to purchase one of the largest investments of your life, and you should feel comfortable and confident that your agent will get the job done for you!
